These works start without a predetermined outcome. They are merely palettes used for another piece of art I’m working on. The undertones are that of colors used when painting “The Landscapes of Bayou Bend” and their warm earth tones or works in my “Faces of Autism” series and their hint of blue. Pollack’s drip paint style is added to finish each piece before a final coating.

Returns
All sales are final.
Products may be returned if delivered damaged or in poor condition by the producer/manufacturer. You have 30 (change this) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused but damaged or in poor condition at the time you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will replace it or initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
JD Art ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
